Himalayan footbridge Chamrousse

Chamrousse’s new Himalayan footbridge, a must for all thrill-seekers!
A suspension bridge over the Casserousse couloir, accessible from the top of the resort at La Croix (subject to weather conditions).

In winter: one of the Panoramic Park’s star trails at the summit of the Chamrousse Cross resort.
Access: gondola > picnic area > Himalayan footbridge > picnic area (and access to other facilities: Oisans belvedere, rooftop…)

Casserousse Himalayan footbridge in figures: 130 m long, 0.9 m wide and 25 m high, with a maximum gradient of 9.5%.

Easy access to the summit via the Croix gondola (fee payable): every day in winter (mid-December to mid-April) with a ski pass or pedestrian pass (subject to weather conditions).

Winter opening (subject to weather and snow conditions): easy access via the Croix gondola!
Start from the footbridge below the Croix de Chamrousse (on the Robert lakes side) 300m after the picnic area on the left.
⚠ Shoes with CRAMPONS (OR SNOW SHOES) STRONGLY ADVISED on the access path from the Croix de Chamrousse to the footbridge.
